Part 1

Bar 1: Moving in LOD Cross L over R (1), step on R to R (2)  ("Rida step")
Bar 2: repeat bar 1
Bar 3: repeat bar 1
Bar 4: Run  L (1), R (&), L (2) in LOD
Bar 5: Still moving in LOD, hop on L (1), step in R in LOD (&), step on L in LOD (2)
Bar 6: Repeat bar 5
Bar 7: Repeat bar 5
Bar 8: Stomp on R to R, stopping moving in LOD (1), Sway onto L to L (2)
Bars 9-16: repeat bars 1-8 with opposite footwork and direction
Bars 17-32: repeat bars 1-16

Part 2

Bar 1: Facing center and moving into the middle, using small steps, stomp onto L into the center (1), stomp onto R into the center (2)
Bar 2: Stomp on L into the center (1), hop on L (&), step on R into the center (2)
Bar 3: Stomp on L into the center (1), stomp on R into the center (2)
Bar 4: Stomp on L into the center (1), stomp on R into the center (&), stomp on L into the center (2)
Bar 5: Step backwards out of center on R (1), small hop or bounce on R (2) (note that Nico's notes say to pause on count 2)
Bar 6: Step backwards out of center on L (1), small hop or bounce on L (2) (note that Nico's notes say to pause on count 2)
Bar 7: Step backwards out of center on R (1), step backwards out of center on L (2)
Bar 8: step backwards out of center on R (1), small hop or bounce on R (2) (note that Nico's notes say to pause on count 2)
Bars 9-16: repeat bars 1-8
Bar 17: stomp (stamp with weight) on L foot into the center (1), stomp on R foot into the center (&), stomp on L foot into the center (2), stomp on R foot into the center (&)
Bars 18-24: repeat bars 2-8
Bars 25-32: repeat bars 17-24.
