Meter: 7/8 (QQS)
Formation: Open circle hands start down in V, or in belt hold
Introduction: Start at the beginning of any musical phrase
Bar 1: Facing center, step on R to R, arms swing back (QQ), Close L next to R, arms swing forward (S)
Bar 2: Repeat bar 1
Bar 3: Step on R to R, arms swing back (QQ), Lift L next to R, arms swing forward (S)
Bar 4: Facing slightly L of center, step on L to L, arms swing back (QQ), Kick R foot through (S)
Bar 5: Step on R in RLOD, arms swing forward and up into a position where the hands are forward and the forearms are parallel to the floor (QQ), Swing L around to face center (S)
Bar 6: Facing center Cross L over in front of R (QQ), Step on R to R (S)
Bar 7: Repeat bar 6
Bar 8: Jump onto both feet, arms pull up into W position (QQ), Jump onto L, lifting R slightly to the side, arm swing down (S)
